Senior QA and Automation Engineer

Specific Responsibilities/Functions• Understand customer environment/behavior and create a detailed test plan• Create a detailed Test design for new product features• Create a detailed Test cases and test scenarios• Understand the product/module requirements and write detailed test plans.• Write automation scripts for new features in python or power shell or macOS automator.• Review product documentation and provide feedback• Work and investigate new products and new versions of products (like Dropbox, WeChat, Syncplicity) to identify all new capabilities of products that DLP has to protect.• Investigate and learn new Operating system features and limitations such as Windows 10 or macOS Mojave in order to educate engineering about the new options for data theft and features that need to be protected.• Working on a tight schedule to meet customer needs on time.
 
Requirements:• Strong System and IT background and capabilities to setup complex lab configurations to reproduce customer environment
o AD
o Virtualization
o security servers
o Setup an Azure Information Protection• Knowledge of Windows admin, including Active directory• Scripting Abilities – using power shell or Python.
Advantage• Knowledge of network protocols (e.g. HTTP) – an advantage• Background in security technologies and products – advantage• Familiarity with Share point technologies – major advantage• Experience using of automation frameworks and tools• Jenkins
