What will you be doing?
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Lead strategic projects with the product managers to improve KPIs
Manage multiple A-B tests from the analytical perspective.
Enable data-driven decision-making and tracking of product performance.
Develop end-user reports from scratch that support all the product managers needs
Position Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar position such as Product Analytics team
Working experience in an online platform B2C company
Working experience in Fintech/Gaming /e-commerce companies
Extensive SQL experience working with large and complex data sets
Experience using digital customer experience analytics tools (Fullstory, Glassbox, Hotjar) – Strong Advantage
Experience working on Experimentation (A/B testing)- Advantage
Experience working with BI / Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Knowledge of Python (or similar languages) for data manipulation & analysis – Advantage
Multitasking, know how to work in a high-pressure environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present to Managers.
