Senior Manager Software Development Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONIBILITIES
• Manage several Validation SW teams to quality and timely execution and delivery based on marketing, product and architecture requirements
• Responsible for the teams: mentoring, development (in the fields of SW design, verification, validation, and flash memory architecture), performance evaluation, escalation management, execution prioritization, and planning to hit team's targets
• Take active part in setting and execution-to Validation SW vision, strategy and MFTs (methodologies, flows/processes and tools)
• Represent Validation in relevant product, architecture, design and management forums

Requirements and Qualifications:
• BSs/MSc in CS/EE
• >7 years experience in SW development and/or validation
• >2 years experience in C/C++/Python/Java and OOD development
• >2 years experience in managing SW development team or as SW technical lead
• Experience with flash memory and/or storage protocols-must!!
• Excellent personal and communication skills
• Creative thinker with ability to operate independently and thrive in dynamic, ambiguous and challenging environment
• Experience in verification and validation of complex HW/SW/embedded designs - advantage
• Experience in development of verification and validation environments - advantage
