Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
• Participate in developing and implementing strategies to create a positive culture, effective communications across geographically dispersed team members and effective and efficient HR processes (e.g., on-boarding, check-in conversations, career paths, individual development planning and execution, talent management, team building, etc.)
• Help our managers identify, grow and retain top talent within their teams and become the focal point for all people issues under your partnership, proactively surfacing and addressing them before they become complex issues
• With input from each leader and the Talent Acquisition team, develop and help implement hiring plans, defining critical roles assisting our recruiting team in crafting compelling job descriptions and ensuring a smooth process of interviewing and decision-making
• Onboard smoothly and create a positive experience for new hires.
Requirements
• Must have 8+ years in an HR Business Partner role, or have at least 2 meaningful periods as HRBP in different companies/startups, supporting Product/R&D/DevTest/Release Management teams
• Proven experience working closely with senior managers and successfully influencing them
• Experience in small companies/start-ups, including ability and willingness to work in an extremely fast-pace and changing environment
• High energy with a hands-on “doer” mentality
• Ability to work independently
• Preferred Bachelors and/ or Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or other relevant fields
