Responsibilities:
Field:
• Develop and lead territory planning and execution with sales & marketing stakeholders to build marketing event and program calendars to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
• Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy.
• Create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
• Increase brand awareness locally/regionally, and dive SQLs in the region
• Manage marketing activities, for sales, including: identifying target accounts, developing strategy, executing campaigns with the support of cross-functional teams
• Collaborate and share best practices, lessons learned and post-recaps with cross Regions.
Events:
• Develop and deliver cohesive event strategies, including messaging, audience, execution
• Research industry events and marketing/campaign opportunities
• Manage all aspects of events including: strategy, objectives materials creation, event messaging/marketing, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production and F&B, & logistics.
Summary:
• Lead the domain- cross company, track results of regional campaign and events and recommend on future activities (KPI’s, ROI)
Requirements:
• BA / MBA in Business, Marketing or related field required
• 5-7 years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing implementing integrated campaigns across multiple locations.
• or sales enablement
• Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
• Plan, execute, and analyze an overall marketing strategy including digital marketing
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively with internal sales to effectively generate, execute and report on marketing programs.
• Ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders and make decisions based on data and insights
• Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
• Creative, innovative, and think outside the box
• Metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from marketing data
• Strong communication skills (Mother tongue: English)
• Experience in managing a team member
