A leading financial company is looking for a Senior CRM Analyst.
• Building organizational process methodology and implementing it into the CRM systems.
• Deliver recommendations of action items for customers’ behavior trends.
• Building reports and dashboards communicating with different company’s requirements.
• Communicate results to senior management.
• At least 2 years' experience as an Analyst at On-line companies – Must.
• Proficient user of Excel, including Power Pivots.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Strong SQL knowledge – Significant advantage.
• Additional statistical software knowledge – advantage
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts.
• Ability to translate numbers into business recommendations and identification of trends.
