In this position you will
Design and code algorithms for controlling a wireless Self Organizing Network (SON). Design and code simulations for testing and evaluating the performance of the SON algorithms and control servers in different dynamic network conditions and events. Participate in the processes of system integration, validation and verification while collaborating with the various R&D teams and the CTO. Analyze real data collected from field trials for testing and evaluating the performance of the SON algorithms and control servers in different dynamic network conditions and events.
Qualifications
B.Sc. or a higher academic degree in computer science, SW Engineering, Electronics Engineering or other relevant science related academic degree.
3+ years of experience in algorithms development, preferably graph-theory related Proficiency in coding and programming.
Knowledge and experience in machine-learning techniques is an advantage.
Knowledge and experience in networking and wireless networks are an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, ambitious, initiator, self-motivated, eager to learn and innovate.
