תיאור המשרה

a leading algo-pricing platform start up is looking for a Outbound Sales Development Team Leader. The Sales Development Department is an extension of the Sales team, generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activites.

Responsibilities:
• Coach and train the Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) for success on a daily basis.
• Continuously optimize the SDR process – identify opportunities for introducing new efficiencies to the process and create KPI’s to measure them.
• Arm the SDR’s with new tools and optimize existing ones for increasing productivity.
• Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to deliver on sales targets
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual qualified sales opportunities targets
• Attract talent – hire A type SDR’s and cultivate a culture of high energy and success
• Work US hours (EST) from Israel

Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience is required
• 2-3 years of SDR management experience
• 2-3 years of Experience with outbound prospecting
• Dynamic, high energy sales professional with proven track record—ideally in SaaS
• Experience with analyzing
