Looking for a Salesforce Project Manager that will be in charge of leading and implementing projects and business processes for customers.
Responsibilities:
• Understand customer needs
• Implement their Salesforce system based on predefined requirements
• Train customers afterwards
Requirements:
• Customer facing experience
• Good understanding of workflow, preferably in Sales and Operations, and then translating it into system processes
• Experience in providing training and on-site demos to customers
• Experience in writing documentation (detailed designs, SOW, tutorials etc.)
