Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Support the Sales (including resellers) and Marketing users with all SDFC related requests
• Serve as a point of contact for training and assisting other internal coordinators to provide information and resolve issues in the system
• Work with business units to collect business requirements, qualify them, translate to technical design and implement functionalities in SFDC
• Hands on administration of the system including responsibility for data integrity and system stability.
• Provide second and third tier support for the Salesforce regional focal points.
• Lead projects and improvements related to SFDC processes.
Essential Education, Skills and Experience:
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field and 2 – 3 years of experience with SalesForce.com administration required
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) required
• Knowledge of Sales processes
• Experience in data collection/analysis, reporting, and database programming
• Effective time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills are critical as candidate will manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines
