Sales operations Coordinator

· Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
· Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
· Coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
· Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
· Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
· Sales process improvement.
· Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
· Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams.
· Coordinates training delivery to sales and sales management.
· Training: To have a successful sales team, the responsibility of training new and current employees often falls under the responsibilities of Sales Operations.
· Application-level experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- must.
· Integration between information systems
· Clear analytical thinking skills
· Fluent English (spoken, reading and writing)
· Experience in salesforce and priority-Advantage
· Experience in guiding and implementing processes
· Strong problem solving skills, can work cross-functionally in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment and under pressure.
· Take a high degree of ownership over work, detail oriented and a proven ability to work independently and as necessary.
