A successful company is looking for an experienced Sales Operations professional to run its order management and related functions.
This person will be responsible for coordinating the internal operating activities in support the sales team, approval processes and workflows, and defining and preparing various management reports and presentations.
In this highly visible "go-to" role, you will directly support the VP of Sales, CFO and CEO of the growing company.
•Responsible for sales operation activity supporting the sales team.
•Generating quotes for customers.
•Processing company purchase orders.
•Analyzing sales pipe line and building forecast analysis.
•Managing RMA and customer service processes.
•Preparing sales reports supporting VP of Sales and management team.
•Minimum 3 years of experience working with Sales Force CRM system.
•Excellent computer skills: Extensive hands-on experience with Excel and order management software.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Ability to interact with a geographically diverse sales team and executive management.
