Job Summary
A global market leader in wireless communication systems, is looking for a talented Regional Sales Mgr. with vast experience in the consumer electronics markets to be responsible for sales to distributors in various markets incl. Russia, maintaining existing accounts, growing sales and penetrating new markets.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in international sales, with special emphasis on Eastern Europe, notably Russia.
• Proven track record in managing distributors in various markets and constantly improving the regional sales performance.
• Sales experience with consumer electronics and branded products – advantage
• High level of verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian and Hebrew – a must.
• Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions.
• Outstanding business and negotiating skills and abilities to analyze market trends and challenges (competition etc.).
• Excellent and ‘effective’ interpersonal relationship
• Motorcycle experience – a plus, but not a must
• Availability to travel
