This position will play a key role in our fast-growing start-up. Your challenge will be to build, lead and grow the sales organization, in a challenging phase of exciting growth. This role offers the unique opportunity to be an entrepreneur and leader in a fast-growing startup, to co-build the business and culture from the beginning using innovative technology, and grow it into an established, substantial, profitable business.
Responsibilities:
Learn and closely follow the environment of the go-to markets/territories
Generate, develop and manage sales leads and opportunities
Understand competition, identify local and global players
Develop effective channels to support the sales activities
Create and maintain solid and strong relationship with potential customers and partners
Define and execute results-driven sales tactics
Create and execute approved sales plans, leading-in to the expected results
Plan and execute marketing activities, including implementing strategies and attending Trade Shows.
Success will be measured by achieving the sales goals and align sales objectives with our business strategy.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flaunt English (mother tongue level, additional language – an advantage)
Proven experience of at least 10 years in executing sales campaign
Relevant sales record in the applicable markets
Experience of at least 5 years with the defense/security sectors
Ability to work independently, prioritize efforts, and adjust quickly
Ability to travel frequently (~50%)
Passionate, hard worker, persistent, loyal and reliable
