תיאור המשרה | We are looking for an experienced high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in a competitive and innovative environment, working along with system integrators and end-customers. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Design and implement a strategic business plan in your area of responsibility that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives in remote territories
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with system integrators and end-customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create and present periodical reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements:
7-10 years experience as Sales Manager
Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Experience sales position in different countries and across cultures
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Knowledge/knowhow &experience with current technologies within the IT/Telecom/Software Domains – advantage
The position requires frequent traveling abroad
