תיאור המשרה | Major Responsibilities: We are looking for a R&D Project Manager with strong background in software development: o Be part of a PjM team that leads cross organization projects o Manage new products and releases for Check Point Security Gateways domain: planning, execution and finalizing projects throughout all development life cycle o Lead multi-disciplinary hardware/software projects – overall responsibility for SW development plan, technology opportunities, infrastructure changes, quality improvements o Coordinate multiple interfaces including R&D, QA, PMO, Product Management, Field support o Facilitate and enforce development process & tools Desired Background: • Bachelor’s degree in software or electrical engineering / computer science • 3-4 years’ experience in project management using Agile/Scrum • Software development experience • Strong organizational skills, negotiate and continually manage expectations under time-constrained circumstances • Experience in software security/ networking systems/ Hardware eng – major advantage • Self-starter with an engaging leadership style and out of the box thinking approach • Team player with lots of energy and a positive attitude |
