KEY TASKS AND DUTIES
Sales (70%)
Achieve and surpass all quarterly and annualized sales target numbers.
· Support the sales objectives by researching customers’ needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner
· Manage designated sales leads, prospects and customer accounts in line with agreed business objectives
· Follow-up on all sales opportunities within a timely manner
· Provide support for existing channel partners
· establish new channel partners in the designated territory
· Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback and activity plan and other reports as required
Technical (30%)
· Provide answers to pre-sales technical and commercial queries
· Perform demonstrations of power quality meters and solution products
· Conduct training, seminars and workshops on the products and solutions to channel partners and end users as required to support sales objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory qualifications:
· A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
· Excellent oral/written communication skills in English and Russian
· Well-developed presentation skills both one on one and in front of a large group of audience
· Excellent customer relationship management and ability to build good business relationships across a wide variety of cultures and personalities
· Strong interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
· Advanced problem solving ability
· Ability to travel up to 30% of the time including international travel
· Flexibility to work outside traditional work hours when required
· Regular attendance is an essential job function
· Fluent in all Microsoft Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
