Main Purpose of the Role:

size=3> Management of distributors in the area of responsibility and continuously ensure that the company’s goals are implemented by the distributor.
⦁
size=3> Deep understanding of the market map in each country – strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Ongoing support of the market sales strategy in order to increase the market share in that country.
Major areas of responsibility:

size=3> Meeting sales budget targets
⦁
size=3> Managing distributors in the relevant region.
⦁
size=3> Locating potential distributors and sources for business growth in the relevant region.
⦁
size=3> Building a local strategic marketing plan for each country in the relevant region.
⦁
size=3> Managing budget and resources and control each distributor.
⦁
size=3> Participation in conferences and exhibitions.
⦁
size=3> Establishing and maintaining KOLs (local and global)
Training sales teams.
KPI’s:

size=3> Meeting sales budget targets
⦁
size=3> Visit distributors in the relevant region, under the visits schedule.

size=3> Annual marketing plan presenting , under the defined timetables.

size=3> Maintaining customers and providing high quality service

Requirements & Competences:

size=3> Academic degree – advantage
⦁
size=3> Up to 5 years’ experience in marketing, management and sales.
⦁
size=3> Experience in the medical field – advantage
⦁
size=3> Native English – Mandatory
⦁
size=3> Additional languages – depending on the region
