You will support the team by identifying the hiring requirements across the business, partnering with Technology teams, being responsible for the recruitment cycle, managing the process, leading to successful hires. Working in our People team, you will have the opportunity to grow your exposure to all areas of Recruitment and HR, through a number of ad hoc projects.
This role would suit a highly motivated, flexible and hands on candidate who enjoys working in a busy environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the full life cycle of the hiring process and make it the most effective way.
Build networks of engaged candidates via active sourcing and employer branding activities
Experienced in sourcing with excellent knowledge of social media and other candidate platforms
Be a trusted partner with hiring managers, understanding their needs, maintaining communication and leading successful recruitment
Hold outstanding relationships with your R&D hiring managers and talents, in order to collaborate together
Take ownership of the recruitment process, marrying efficiency with quality
Build networks of engaged candidates via active sourcing and employer branding activities
Analyse recruitment metrics and optimize processes where necessary
Work in tandem with HR and Recruitment team to support the hyper growth for the business on the People front
Desired Skills & Experience:
At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in high-growth, innovative, tech organization
Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment – recruiting for Tech, Product and Data roles.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment and passion for people.
Excellent communication skills, both written and orally, as to communicate professionally with employees, members of the senior management team, and with potential candidates
High level of English – written and verbal.
