תיאור המשרה | Responsibilities:
Design and develop SaaS product in JavaScript, Angular, .NET, SQL Server Lead, develop and mentor a team of talented frontend, full-stack and QA engineers Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Drive the team to work efficiently and consistently following an Agile methodology (Sprint planning, daily standups, retrospective meetings, etc.) Identify technical debt and challenges and drive the team to reduce them Design and develop full end-to-end features (~80% frontend and 20% backend) Be an individual contributor with at least 50% hands-on of the time Work collaboratively across disciplines with Product Managers, UX designers, QA engineers and developers Improvement the functionality and optimize the performance optimization of existing components
Position Requirements:
High energy and creative personality At least 2 years experience in managing teams of 3+ members B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent) or a veteran of a technological army unit Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend frameworks and technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, AngularJS, Angular, HTML, CSS and SCSS Experience with common front-end development tools such as Gulp, Webpack, Yarn, npm, etc. Experience in Agile/Scrum development including CI/CD Experience in OOP server-side languages (Java, C#) Experience in distributed source control systems such as Git

Experience developing SaaS Enterprise/B2B applications Experience migrating enterprise level Single Page Applications (SPA) from AngularJS to Angular 4+ Experience with automated/E2E tests practices and tools (Mocha, Jest, Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe, etc)
