The candidate will manage the R&D PMO team, responsible for planning and
controlling the R&D deliveries, managing the press utilization and efficacy, managing R&D materiel. working and closely with R&D manager, program and project managers
The candidate will serve as a member of the R&D staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Driving forward the organization and deliveries
– Planning, controlling and leading the R&D deliveries to meet the program time table, content, quality and budget
– Leading reports and routing to focus the organization on key milestones
– Working with program managers and project managers to secure delivery
– Working with the integration team on press utilization and efficiency
– Working with R&D team members and operation on material management
– Working with the finance team to control R&D budget
– Building the needed skills, competencies and process in R&D to secure robust on time deliveries
– Manage the R&D development model, Design Reviews, Check Points to meet the program deliveries
– Setting and managing the Product Life Cycle process
– Developing the team members and employees to equip them with the needed tools, remove roadblocks, personal development
Minimum Qualifications:
– BSc in Engineering or industrial design
– 6 years’ experience in R&D multidisciplinary environment
– 3 experiences in R&D PMO team leading or leadership position
– Strong leadership and interface skills
– Ability to work independent and set the next step
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – Advantage
– Ability to lead without authority
