We are looking for an R&D Manager to lead the R&D team, reporting to VP R&D.
Responsibilities :
– Lead and mentor a team of software developers throughout the product life cycle
– Recruit, retain and grow excellent developers and managers
– Identify, develop, and pursue opportunities to improve strategy, growth, innovation and execution
– Take full responsibility, both in the engineering and product aspects of the future growth and vision of the company. Lead the development of new and existing products, while assuring that projects/products remain on target to meet established production timelines, budgets, and quality standards
– Work closely with Sales, Support, partners and customers
Requirements :
– At least 8 years of experience building an end to end product
– At least 5 years of experience in software development
– At least 3 years of experience in managing software developers and team leaders
– Experience as a Group Manager/R&D Manager/Software Director
– BA/B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent professional experience
– Ability to work in a startup mode in order to achieve organizational goals and passionate about building an innovative culture and making things happen
– Experience of back-end (JAVA, Spring) and front-end frameworks (React/Angular), TDD and CI/CD methodologies
– Experience with cloud development (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD processes
– Experience in leading SaaS product development in a highly scaled production environment
