Lead all quality aspects of the company. Establish quality procedures, standards, and
specifications. Implement and execute quality policy.
Define and monitor relevant KPIs (analysis and statistics skills required), constantly
improve actual performance (RMA and FPY analysis processes, etc.)
Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to calculate quality
performance.
Customers – manage the customer feedback process, customer complaints, RCA, and
CAPA.
Suppliers – do supplier evaluation, audits, selection and assessment, subcontractor
management and be the focal point for quality
Involvement and support for all company key activities – R&D, Operation, Support,
Marketing, and HR
Actively support the production floor, failure analysis, faults' corrective actions for
reliability improvements, deviations, special orders, ECOs, NPI, PRR, process
definitions, etc.
Maintain and adjust company QMS (ISO 9001:2015).
Regulation – manage REACH, RoHS, UL, TUV, CE, Conflict Minerals compliance – act as
the company representative on periodic audits.
Do company training for quality and quality best practices.
Manage quality routines – QRB (management reviews), MRB, Calibrations, internal
audits, etc.
Manage Final QC and indirectly, the ICQC
Required Knowledge and Experience
Practical Engineer in Electrical Engineering or a BSc in Electrical Engineering –
advantage
Relevant Quality Engineering education and certification - A must
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management at a technology company of
electronic products that has export processes
Experience working with subcontract manufacturers in Israel and the Far East
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
with customers
Self-motivated and independent
Excellent technical presentation skills
Very Good written and oral communication skills in English
