Quality Manager

Job description:
Manage QMS and EMS according to ISO9001 standards
Develop and implement cross-company quality methodologies according to Automotive Spice, ISO26262, ISO27001
Ensure product and processes compliance with applicable regulations for our Hardware, Software and Cloud products
Serve as customer interface for quality related issues
Lead internal audits, preparation for external audits, employee training and continuous improvement plans
Build collaborative working environment and employees engagement

Desired Skills:
Experience with CMMI, ASpice or similar
Academic degree in Industrial engineering/Quality engineering or equivalent
2+ years experience managing quality systems according to ISO9001 / ISO14001
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MS Office professional level

Advantages:
Experience implementing Quality Processes in a Startup company / SMB
Specific knowledge with ASPICE
Experience with process/quality management tools (e.g. JIRA, Jenkins, Enterprise Architect)
ASPICE provisional assessor
Experience with PMP, VDA, JEDEC, IMDS, BI tools etc.
