Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the quality assurance team including: scheduling, application support, problem resolution, and enhancement requests
• Supervise ongoing quality assurance and code deployment for the company deliveries. Ensure code is tested and all changes meet quality standards prior to implementation.
• Oversee the software bug tracking process, including prioritization of software bugs reported and ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
• Support the development application support process to ensure timely communication and completion of escalated support tickets and maintenance projects.
• Support the user experience design process including requirements gathering, prototyping, user testing, stakeholder management, etc.
• Lead the development and integration of test automation across product modules
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology Management
• Ten years of related in software quality assurance
• offshore/nearshore activities experience – advantage
• Excellent communication skills with members, staff, and individuals in the community in a professional manner. This will require excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills along with the ability to present and explain information effectively
• Multi-task orientation to handle and manage a number of projects at once while remaining flexible to changing requirements and priorities.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner and collaborate effectively in teams with all levels of the organization.
