Responsibilities:
Qualify the product for our Customers and employees.
Grow and train the team members on all product’s parts
Define the testing methodology/process
Work with the Product team tightly
Sign off systems and features prior to their release
Be responsible for the Sprint’s timelines
Be 1st level tech support for any issues our team in the US encounters in Production
Manage the QA plan for the team, both manually and automatically.
Required skills and qualifications
3+ Years proven team management’s experience of at least 10 QA engineers.
3+ Years experience full end to end ownership of the quality of a successful B2C web product.
3+ Years managing QA automation end to end for a successful web product.
7+ Years experience in software QA.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant field.
Experience ensuring quality of responsive, high performance, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
