QA Director

Responsibilities: We're looking for a QA Director to work collaboratively with the development teams to execute and validate that technical and business requirements are being met.  In this position, you will manage QA automation, testing methodology development, and the progression testing.  Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects.  Provide leadership and technical expertise.  Participate in interviews, training and performance evaluation of the QA team.  Ensuring that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined.  Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.  Direct the development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework. Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing.   Qualification required:

•B.Sc. in Computer Science

•Proven experience as a quality assurance manager

•Experience of non-functional testing in Windows environment

•Good knowledge of Windows internals and Enterprise Networks

•Ability to do 50% Hands-on  

•Experience in complete SDLC, Agile Scrum, DevOps, and Automation of testing

•Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

•Great attention to detail and a results driven approach

•Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
