Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of QA engineers, both local and offshore.
Build automation framework.
Hands on testing experience.
Build and train the team to work with the latest methods to ensure high quality for the company’s products.
Provide ongoing status for development status and production systems.
Work closely with service and support to provide R&D support.
Meeting tight deadlines with a cool head and strategic thinking.
Attending meetings and briefings with product managers and peers.
Requirements, Knowledge and Experience:
2+ years of experience in QA management for at least two of the following:
Mobile applications – Android / iOS, utilizing proxy tools, such as Charles.
Web applications, utilizing client development tools such as Chrome development tools and console Server applications, testing API requests and responses.
AWS console.
Experience with multidisciplinary products, HW, AWS, Mobile, and Server.
Testing HW appliances.
Writing and implementing test plans and documents, using management tools such as Jira.
Automation tools experience.
Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications, and environments.
Excellent attention to detail.
Self-starter, highly motivated, team-player.
Fully comfortable working in English, both in writing and speaking.
Experience in Agile development, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and coding for automated testing.
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
