Description/ Responsibilities:
The role of PMO is to support the IT department managers including:
tracking status of projects deliverables and milestones;
supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables;
program level risk and issue coordination;
monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service;
coordination of the regular project and program level reporting cycles;
co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, project documentation.
Required:
Experience/ Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience
2. Understanding IT Implementation projects (preferred experience in ERP/CRM implementation)
3. Understanding of Project Management methodologies – Agile an advantage
4. Experience working with JIRA
5. Support IT projects planning and tracking
6. Cross team integration planning
7. Agile Planning – HL for the long term and detailed for the short term
8. Management reporting
9. Proactive and individual work
10. People’s person
11. English speaker
