Job description:
The Engineering Services is a team of experienced and skilled technical project managers responsible for executing customer projects in different stages of product lifecycles and providing new product/version introduction to global teams worldwide.
As an Engineering Services Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:
Planning, managing, and executing customer implementation projects worldwide
Plan and execute the Transition activities of newly developed versions and products (new product introduction) to the company’s global Services, Sales, and Support teams
Provide sales and solution architecture services for the Israeli Market
As an Engineering Services project manager, you are expected to be an outstanding extraverted people person with great project management proficiencies, as well as champion with technical implementation capabilities of an on-prem client-server product
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute customer implementation projects in various stages of the product lifecycle worldwide
Perform technical implementations and customizations of our Cardiology products
Manage customer expectations, project scope, and resources needed to successfully deliver to customers’ needs
Establish and maintain project scope, objectives, plans, and milestones to achieve project goals
Develop and communicate project status, risks, and issues to all levels of stakeholders, ranging from technical staff to executives
Ensures resource allocation, and leads off/on-site team during the project execution
Understanding of software development lifecycle, preferably experience in an agile environment
Identifies cross-project team dependencies and manage the coordination needed to resolve issues
Performs or coordinates customer & Internal training for new product modules
Performs system installation and/implementation related records in accordance with Installation documentation
Performs quality tests in accordance with quality checklist
Monitors and documents issues found during the projects and ensure proper closure and hand-off to support
Prioritize and classify projects and work to triage and resolve issues with appropriate teams
Works closely with project stakeholders such as all Engineering teams and functions, U.S and UK Services and Support, Sales, Production, SysEng, QARA, Legal, Distributors and Tech Marketing
Plan and execute the Transition activities of newly developed versions and products
Provide sales, purchasing, logistics and and solution architecture services for the Israeli Market
15% annual travels allocation
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years in managing and executing cross-departments projects and/or procedures in a Software development organization
Minimum 2 years in managing and executing technical implementation projects at customer sites, or working in Customer Success related teams
Experience with provision of training and work with external customers
Good level of technical proficiency of working with Computers and Servers
High Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of IT and Network knowledge
Willing to work after hours and/or during weekends from time to time for downtime activities at customers sites (estimated at 4-6 times per year)
