The Project Manager (PM) oversees all phases of the project, meeting client and objective, and managing the project within the time-frame and budget defined. The PM serves as the primary liaison to the client and is responsible for all aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
Create and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables and services to the Client, as well as to the Delivery, Services and Product groups
Track, communicate and escalate issues that can impact project success
Manage problem resolutions and any escalations when required
Responsible for commercial aspects of Change Requests, and tracking billing and collections
Initiate opportunities for generating new work orders and revenue from customers
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience of project management with global customers
Experience with Banking customers – a plus
Experience with negotiations
Very high level spoken and written English
Willingness to travel abroad
