A Hi-Tech company is looking for a Project Manager for the Marketing department
Overall responsibility for delivery and customer satisfaction
Manage all technical activities, from presale negotiation through specification signup and contract phase to complete delivery of product to the customer
Understand customer needs and strategic directions.
Represent interests of customers
Overall responsibility for technical communication with customer, including managing complex problem solving situations
Promote sales processes and business opportunities, and serve as technical consultant regarding new initiatives and services
Secure project execution according to the company obligations with high quality and within budget.
Act as primary focal point towards the customer for all Airspan projects and activities at the customer.
Follow up of all project-related activities with the Customer.
Coordinate technical queries with R&D.
Understand technically the content of the delivery and related risks.
Manage the risks internally and with the customer.
Coordinate process of Customers Change requests.
Contribute in the preparation of quotations with technical and project related input (specifications, time plans, effort estimation).
Provide pre-sales technical support in the project, including customer presentations, response to RFI/RFP, and on-going sales support as the product expert.
Support Sales Manager and Pre-sales manager in preparation of account plans and strategies.
Work closely with the Customer Support to supply proper handling to Mal-Function situations
Coordinate and, if necessary, participate in an On-Site CS planned activities
Wired-Networking knowledge is a must
Wireless knowledge is an advantage
BSc. Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Communication System
