תיאור המשרה

The Project Manager (PM) oversees all phases of the project, meeting client and objective, and managing the project within the time-frame and budget defined.  The PM serves as the primary liaison to the client and is responsible for all aspects of the project.
 
Responsibilities
  • Create and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables and services to the Client, as well as to the Delivery, Services and Product groups
  • Track, communicate and escalate issues that can impact project success
  • Manage problem resolutions and any escalations when required
  • Responsible for commercial aspects of Change Requests, and tracking billing and collections
  • Initiate opportunities for generating new work orders and revenue from customers
  •  
Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience of project management with global customers
  • Experience with Banking customers - a plus
  • Experience with negotiations
  • Very high level spoken and written English
  • Willingness to travel abroad
