תיאור המשרה

Responsibilities:

•Plan the operations master plan of production and deliveries in accordance with the operational goals, considering all constrains – field demand, production, product versions, budget, locations, schedule, logistics, regulation.
•Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.
•Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program.
•Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement.
•Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks.
•Develop and define the required resources to ensure the continuous delivery of service.
•Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization.
•Develop forms and records to document program activities.
•Oversee the collection and maintenance of records on the clients of the program for statistical purposes.
•Liaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery – Engineering, R&D, Product, Finance, country MDs.
•Write reports on the program for management.
•Monitor the program activities on a regular basis and conduct periodical evaluation according to the program evaluation framework.
•Report evaluation findings to the management team and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate.

Requirements:

•B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.
•Fluent in English - reading, writing and speaking.
•Experience in Program Management – large scale, involving international operations.
•Excellent computer skills.
•3-5 years' experience in a related field.
•Willing to travel to Africa and the far east.
•May be required to work some evenings and weekends to monitor program activities.
