Provide tech support to the sales process, understand the costumers needs and define the relevant offering and solution.
Have deep understanding of the company products and solutions.
Work closely with the customer technical experts, and with the company R&D, to define, execute and implement the required customization.
Work with the costumer, from needs assessments, through requirement definitions, until full solution deployment and assimilation.
Following the solution deployment, continue to work closely with the customer and with the company support and R&D teams, to resolve outstanding technical issues and optimize the solution.
Experience in project management / product management / tech account management
Hands on experience in customization.
Good interpersonal skills.
Creative, assertive, problem solver.
Previous experience in SAAS products and mobile applications is an advantage
