Professional Services Engineer

We are looking for a technical engineer to join our
team and service the top medical institutions around the world. 

As part of our R&D group, you will diagnose and troubleshoot
technical challenges and work closely with software engineers to design
solutions for our customers. 

Requirements 

· At least 2 years of experience as
Professional Services Engineer or a similar technical role (Tier3 or Tier 4
support, etc). 

· Proven strong technical skills with
the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and applications flows, dive
deep into complex problems & find their root cause. 

· Devoted to team members and customers 

· Oracle SQL experience – a MUST (the
interview will include an SQL exam). 

· Perl/Python scripting – a MUST. 

· Windows operating system knowledge –
a MUST. 

· TCP/IP, Load balancing, firewall,
Cisco, 3Com – MUST. 

· Storage experience – an advantage. 

· ORACLE RAC experience – an advantage. 

· Self-learner with high motivation to
acquire new skills and technologies 

· Excellent written and spoken
communication skills in English
