· Leading the professional service activities in our dynamic and challenging environment
· Taking part in complex software and hardware integration – inbound and outbound
· Working with R&D, QA and customers
· Demonstrating significant understanding of the product architectures of the entire solution
· Translating and managing complex technical issues through strong collaboration across teams
Requirements:
· 2+ years’ professional service, system engineering, Tier-3/4 technical support, software integration in a software company
· Ability to learn complex systems
· Highly motivated with the ability to execute independently
· Technical troubleshooting and debugging skills; the ability to function as a technical lead
· Experience with scripting language
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Customer-facing experience
· Unix/Linux/Ubuntu – admin level
· Virtualization (VMware, VBox)
· Networking (subnetting, routing, Iptables)
· Familiar with scripting language (Python, shell…)
· Familiar with Ansible – an advantage
· Understanding of cellular/Wi-Fi technologies – an advantage
· RF – basic understanding – advantage
· Graduate of Computer Science / Computer Engineer / Army technological unit – big advantage
· Presentation skills – advantage
