Production Process Engineer

● Production processes – work with the RnD and the contract manufacturers to define the product manufacturing processes to enable a predictable, repeatable and stable production.
● Materials characterization – Select materials (adhesives, coatings, surface finishes etc) and characterize them to ensure a good match to the product performance and environmental conditions the product needs to withstand.
● Understand manufacturing technologies and provide feedback to the RnD to include in the design stages.
● Define critical parameters of each process which should monitored – work with the suppliers to implement an effective SPC system
● Failure analysis and root cause analysis of product failures – in the line or from RMA

Position Requirements:
● BSEE / material engineering / Physics
● 4 years of experience in technologies
● Good communication and team-player skills
● Experience working with / managing subcontractors
● High motivation and ability to work independently
● Advantage – knowledge in Optics, Knowledge in Automotive standards
