What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
- Working closely with the R&D teams to define requirements and ensure the end-to-end high quality product delivery
- Write detailed product requirements and user stories to guide product development.
- Conduct user testing, product experiments and gather feedback to ensure product success.
- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, defining product MVP, product growth and ongoing maintenance.
- Communicate product plans and progress to internal and external key stakeholders.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Bachelor%27s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in product management roles. Fintech, Banking, Payment & Credit-Card industry is a plus
- Creating product strategies, prioritizing opportunities, and developing roadmaps for complex products.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.
