You will be responsible for cross product activities including product questions, training on new version content, lead small cross product projects while communicating with the field.

Responsibilities:
• Own and lead small cross product projects to improve documentation and affect product decisions
Coordinate ongoing activities with Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering and Technical
Writers
• Work with Product Managers to provide training materials towards version release
• Support the company’s products by handling product questions, escalate to Product Managers, Engineering
and work with them to achieve a resolution
• Communicate product changes, Prerequisite, End of Life, Version releases
• Creating and maintaining processes for day-to-day work
Requirements:
• Strong Technology background and Excellent Technology understanding (QA / Technical Support (3rd tier+)
• Ability to manage escalations by driving actions within Engineering and provide timely and clear statuses
to the organization
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, ability to juggle multiple priorities and parallel tasks simultaneously
• Proven customer communication skills, work with partners and customers
• Willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done within SLAs and customer commitments
• An excellent communicator, written and verbal
• Flexible, reliable, outgoing and have a positive work attitude
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills
• Presentation Skills (Creating and Presenting)
• Fluent in English
Good knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
• Microsoft environments (AD, Exchange, Windows servers, SharePoint etc)
• Networking (TCP / IP, routing, firewalls, related troubleshooting tools)
• Databases (MSSQL preferred)
• Web servers and applications
• Storage Devices (NetApp, EMC)
• Knowledge on VMWare/vSphere
