Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and sales of our product lines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Administer surveys, interviews, and market research to refine the product roadmap, identify areas for improvement, and inform on future product development strategies.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to define product positioning, messaging, and target customer profiles.
- Create compelling product narratives and value propositions that resonate with our target customers and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our consumer portfolio.
- Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating cross-functional activities, and overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Act as a subject matter expert on consumer electronics trends, Powersports market dynamics, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and channel teams to develop sales enablement materials, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Create and manage the production of marketing collaterals such as sales presentations, product datasheets, website content, demo videos, installation, and user guides.
- Ensure that the messaging is consistent and effectively communicates the product%27s value to customers by doing user testing and other means.
- Gather & analyze market feedback, customer insights, and sales data to continuously improve product marketing strategies and optimize the product lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand awareness and drive positive product reviews and endorsements.
- Guide, support, and mentor a new generation of marketing professionals, and ensure the team%27s long-term success.

- A Strong leader. Be in the middle of everything and continuously collaborate/debate/motivate/share/argue/work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Design, Customer Success, and customers.
- In-depth knowledge of the powersports industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, sales, and channel partners.
- Bachelor%27s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field %28MBA preferred%29.
