The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the products’ positioning and messaging. In doing so the Product Mktg Manager understands the consumers’ needs and operational use cases. At this capacity, Product Mktg Manager develops product messaging that is fitting to the consumers’ current mindset. Studying the company's products and their benefits for users, the Product Mktg Manager is responsible for presenting the portfolio of products in ways that will strengthen the brand and enable sales. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying problems and articulate solution value messaging: understand and translate technical capabilities, as defined by the Product Manager, into business and customer values to enable the work of the business unit (Sales, Pre sales and CEs).
At its core, product marketer needs a deep understanding of the customer and the market, to ensure that:
A product and its new features are appropriately positioned on the market
Required Experience/ Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills (English)
Ability to analyze and understand market dynamics
Ability to work with colleagues without a direct managerial authority
Keen eye for detail
Preferred/Nice to Have
Intelligent/Cyber/B2G product marketing experience
Excellent people and communication skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Background in design and copywriting is a plus
