Reports to: CMO
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and coordinate new product launches
Work with all relevant marketing, product, and sales functions to ensure successful product launches – including new products, new product features, product accessories, and more. Post-launch obligation to ensure product grows in the market; moving from awareness to adoption in existing and new market segments.
Lead product’s positioning and messaging across all channels.
Develop effective product messaging. Create and organize marketing collateral, including documentation, sales materials, presentations, videos, tutorials, and web content.
Act as a product specialist with a deep understanding of consumer needs, product key-selling-points, and the ever-changing, competitive landscape. Work with product and sales teams on creating a product line pricing system. Engage with field marketing on area coverage strategy and promotion plans, and organize relevant product marketing training.
Lead the marketing side of all new product creations.
Work with the Product team in creating the initial Marketing Requirement Document (MRD). Own and lead the creation process of all non-product elements of the product package, including all product documentation, product package/box, user-guides, installation guides, and more. Work with the marketing and digital teams on all product collateral creation as part of the product development phase.
Analyze the market on an ongoing basis, identify consumer trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare reports, product analyses, and findings to be used by the product, marketing, and sales team, as well as by the company senior management.
Requirements:
3-5-year experience in product marketing roles. Previous consumer electronic marketing experience is a very strong plus.
Energetic individual with a self-starter attitude, and the tenacity to “make things happen”.
Team-player and communicator. Excellent coordination, networking & communication skills for internal & external purposes.
Organized and methodological. Ability to manage projects on time and on plan with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Presentation wizard. Can create professional-looking, and effective PowerPoint presentations for marketing, sales, media, events, and training.
Outstanding English language skills. Ability to write compelling and effective pitches, documents, and reports
