What’s the job?
· Master the market landscape, company strengths and challenges, identify gaps and
opportunities to strengthen our offering
· Build the future product vision and strategy and communicate it
to key stakeholders
· Collaborate with global cross-functional team to develop,
market, and launch products globally
· Ownership of product requirements, driving the product life
cycle in an agile methodology including user stories, personas, UX, UI, user stories and
production of detailed specs (PRDs)
· Monitor product and business performance, and act as needed to
drive business success
Have you done this kind of stuff?
· At least 4 years experience in Product Management roles. Preferably with experience in Fintech, Banking, Payment & credit-card industries
· Experience in building a product strategy
· Strong business thinking and analytical skills. Technological
background is a plus
· Experienced in implementing products using agile methodologies
· Strong interpersonal skills leading and driving collaboration
with cross-functional teams
· Proven ability to execute complex projects in mid-size
organizations
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
across technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Familiar with web methodologies for B2B and B2C including UX and
UI definition
· Relevant academic background. MBA as a plus
