Product and Test Engineer

we are looking for an experienced Product & Test Engineer (possibly Manager Position) to join the Systems Operations group and to be responsible for engineering activities including, production testing (HW design and test development), Reliability qualification, Yield engineering etc.
● Test – test specification, test plan and flow, test HW and SW design, bring-up and implementation in production sites. Production test platform selection and development.
● Product engineering – yield analysis and engineering, working on improvements with the teams : RnD, Operations, component Eng, purchasing, contract manufacturing
● Leading reliability qualification programs and managing external labs performing such activities.
● FA & RMA
● Specifying and maintaining yield control / enhancement tools.
Position Requirements:
● BSEE
● 4 years as a Product and Test engineer in the board/system industry
● Good communication and team-player skills
● Experience working with / managing subcontractors
● High motivation and ability to work independently
● Advantage – knowledge of the automotive industry
