• Experience in a customer facing position (customer support/presale/CSM)
• Experience dealing with customers over the phone – advantage
• Experience with working with Salesforce/other CRM – advantage
• Basic technical knowledge, Internet Savvy, jQuery - advantage
• Mother tongue level English – must
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate ideas- both technical and non-technical
• Experience and/or comfortable presenting to and interacting with customers at all levels – engineering to C level.
• Naturally possesses a sense of ownership and can calmly respond in matters of urgency.
• Work hours: Mon-Thurs 13:00-23:00, Fri – half day from home.
