solution architect leads the technical aspects of the sales process by combining the big picture, vision, and goals of the deal with the technical details. As a solution architect you will support sales productivity and deal flow by designing, describing, and managing customized solutions based on our product offering & technology to answer the customer’s pain. The solution architect collaborates with sales, product, engineering, environmental experts and technical support to create dedicated solutions. In this role, you will work with the biggest brands in the world and help them build the perfect solution for their needs. The solution architect is responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota made up of the combined expectations of the sales resources, market, and/or channel supported. You will be the main authority for the customer-facing infor all technical aspects and will follow the integration effort through launch until handing over to the customer success. Reporting to the Sales Director, the solution architect works closely with management in order to bring unique solutions for our customers.
