תיאור המשרה

Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creation of the overall project plan and timeline based on product and scope of work for each assigned implementation.
• Initiates and maintains customer relationships from receipt of order, through service test and acceptance.
• Establishes and manages critical dates required for timely completion of service implementations.
• Evaluates the impact of changes to the overall project plan.
• Daily task and event management of for all assigned projects.
• Consistently reviews and validates project deployment plans, identify risks & issues that could impact project timelines and goals, and develop risk mitigation plans in collaboration with management.
• Schedules and facilitates project calls and meetings, both internal and external.
• Develops and manages communications and summary reports for various levels of management across multiple departments based on project scope, deployment status, updates, and changes.
• Provides accurate project status information in the form of formal briefings, project management meetings, and reports.
• Escalates issues requiring action or decisions to management appropriately, and as necessary.
• Maintains effective business and field communications and relationships.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Operations/Engineering, or commensurate related work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing multi-organizational technology and/or telecommunications projects.
• Project Management training, certification, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of order and/or task management systems is a plus.
• Communication/Organizational Skills:
• - Efficient Computer Skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• - Oral and written communication skills.
• - Scheduling and Meeting Facilitation Skills.

• - Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Product/Industry knowledge:
• - Understanding of CSR & LSR processes.
• - Demonstrated expertise in Telecommunications industry.
• - Strong understanding of, but not limited to: SMSC, SIM OTA technologies, Ethernet, WAN.
