job description:
Calendar management, Responsibility for scheduling, Organizing conferences and meeting coordination, Travel management as well
Working with senior functions and managers around the globe
Providing administrative and logistical support to Top Management.
Serve as focal point of contact to internal and external bodies (Banks, Insurance, consulting companies) - answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors of the SVP.
Calendar and administrative support for collective 3 group needs

Requirements:
BSc or equivalent professional certificate
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a global company
Master outlook, excel, internet. Advantage: oracle, travel portal.
Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
responsibility with Extreme attention to detail, ability to work under pressure,
Exquisite inter-personal skills in interactions with top management as well as external seniors
Ability to respond quickly, to predict needs that arise from calendar conflicts and priority clash
Quick to learn new tasks and demonstrating flexibility as scope and focus of the TGT group are growing and evolving.
Readiness for full-time + overtime as needed
Must: English at mother tongue level, excellent verbal and writing skills.
