Office Manager
A. General Information:
Office managers organize and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. The office manager may be expected to carry out a range of administrative, finance and IT-related tasks.
The office manager will ultimately responsible for ensuring that their office runs efficiently.
B. Education required: an academic degree- must. preferred in finance, law, Business Administration- (an advantage).
C. Professional Experience required:
• Proven experience working for startup companies dynamic and agile environment.
• Responsibility for arranging meetings, arranging travel and appointments.
• Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
• Maintain office / kitchen supplies by checking inventory and order items
• Responsibility for controlling the office budget.
• Meeting with senior managers to review office performance.
• Organizing office maintenance and repair work.
• Welfare – presents, assistance in company events
• Collect invoices and arrange for payment
• Monthly payment Recording
• Prepare material for bookkeeping office
• Travel expenses report – collect invoices and reports from employees
• Expenses report – collect invoices and reports from employees
